Haram Money: It's Rulings and Guidelines for Benefiting from It: Selected Examples

Abstract

This study deals with the statement of the provisions of Islamic Sharia for money to achieve and spend, and to explain the ways to deal with the money taken without a solution, as the importance of this research study in order to decompose this scourge and ward off its spread in Islamic society, and aims to educate Muslims on the provisions of Halal and the forbidden in funds and reveal the emerging controls and present the legal position in order to remove confusion and ambiguity.
