Authors' Guidelines
To ensure a smooth publishing process and quality scientific content, all authors are requested to adhere to the following instructions when preparing and submitting their research to the Linguistics Journal. Research that does not comply with these guidelines will be rejected at the initial screening stage.
1. General Conditions:

Originality: The research must be original and not previously published, in whole or in part, in any other publication, and must not be submitted for publication elsewhere at the same time.

Language: The journal accepts research written in Arabic or English in a sound scientific style and correct language, free of grammatical and spelling errors.

Contribution: The research must represent a real scientific contribution to the field of specialization.

Commitment to Ethics: Authors adhere to the ethics of scientific research and academic publishing, including correct citation of sources and avoiding plagiarism.
2. Research structure:
The research should follow the following general structure:
A. Research title: It must be clear, concise, and accurately express the content of the research.
B. Author Information: Write the full names of the authors (full name if possible), including their academic rank, university or affiliation, and email address for each author.
T. Abstract and Keywords:
* The abstract should not exceed 250 words, and should briefly present the research problem, objectives, methodology, and most important results.
* Attach 3-5 keywords that express the content of the research.
* An abstract and keywords must be provided in both Arabic and English for each research, even if the research is in Arabic only.
d. Introduction: It includes a background about the research topic, the research problem, its importance, its objectives, and its questions or hypotheses.
C. Theoretical framework and previous studies: Reviewing the literature related to the research topic and presenting previous studies.
H. Methodology: A detailed description of the research methodology, its tools, and its sample (if any).
X. Results and Discussion: Presentation of the results obtained, their analysis and discussion in light of the theoretical framework and previous studies.
D. Conclusion and Recommendations: A summary of the most important findings and future recommendations.
d. References: Lists all sources cited in the research.
R. Appendices (if any): Any supporting materials for the research such as questionnaires, images, or tables.
3. Coordination:

Font type and size: It is preferable to use Times New Roman, size 14, for the body text, and Times New Roman, size 16, for main headings in Arabic research. For research written in English, it is preferable to use Times New Roman, size 12, for the body text, and size 14, for main headings.

Line spacing: The spacing between lines is one space.

Margins: Set page margins to 2.5 cm on all sides.

Number of pages: The research should not exceed 30 pages, including references and appendices.

Page numbers: Pages are numbered at the bottom center.
4. Documentation and references:
The journal adopts the APA 7th edition citation style for both the text and the reference list. Please ensure accurate citation and adherence to this style.
5. Application process:
Research papers are submitted electronically via the journal's system on its website: https://azujournals.ly/index.php/LJ/index . Please create an account with the journal and follow the steps provided to submit your research.
